Blending the heat of dance mix with the sub-zero chill of snow, you will get to experience a 45 minute workout so unique that you cannot find anywhere else! Our certified instructor will guide you through warm-ups to get your body ready for the exercise, followed by the main routine to get your muscles working.

Attire:
- Jackets will be provided for all participants.
- Come in your own long sleeved sports top, long track pants or tights, sports shoes with rubber soles.
